        from 5 star to 0 star if possible. appointment was done and confirmed arrived at the clinic and they told me they cancelled my appointment (without notifying me) same thing happened with my family memberS. wasting our time going to the clinic. Billing also is terrible. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

        I was a new patient to the office. I developed swelling and a hard nodule to my face after treatment. Returned to the office and was brushed off and told I needed to see an oral surgeon. After countless appointments with other offices and providers for this issue I received no help from the office manager. Her response was to schedule with the other dentist in the practice for his opinion. Again the other dentist in the office could not diagnose swelling and took no accountability for what happened after being at their office. Will never be returning.
