I have know Karina for a number of years , she was amazing service as a customer. I will certainly be recommending my friends and family to her office, tou couldn't ask for a better agent in providing you excellent service.

Yesterday I took $2500.00 to be deposited in my savings, the teller took the money and came back and told me only $2300.00. She said she ran it thru the machine and then counted it in front of me. Hopefully karma will come back to her because I just lost $200.00 hundred dollars.

I came to the bank 3 days ago gave my ID to the teller who spend 15 mins with it never gave it back...I call them to ask for it they said they don't have it. I never take my ID out unless I'm at the bank. Next day I walk in there asking for them to look for it, they didn't even make the effort to look for it not only that they gave me attitude on the phone. BRO learn how respect people on the phone I'm the one who's doing business with BMO I'm suprise this place hasn't shut down.
