No one answers the phone, has been full week of different employees telling me only the employee who initiated the loan can help me close it and one who initiated saying the opposite, and now before they close friday night they tell me I already need motorcycle insurance to close it. So, looks like dealership will be holding the bike another couple of days. Honestly feel like just going with dealership financing now, who cares about an extra percent on 4500 lol

The tellers at this bank are nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the people in the offices there are not a bit helpful and even rude to us when we needed to open a new account. The officer we worked with doesn't answer and doesn't return calls when we try to get updates. Their main phone number doesn't get answered and the voicemail box for it is full. How can they ever be successful in business when they don't seem to care a bit about customer satisfaction?
