LTM Are The Best!!! 12 years ago, when I moved to the area, LTM installed my Kinetico softener that I took with me from my previous house. Since then, I've purchased (2) Premier 2060 Water Softeners and (3) K5 Reverse Osmosis Drinking water systems from LTM to be installed at various locations. Yes, I am a believer in Kinetico and more importantly, LTM's installation and services. Laurie & Nic, You Are The Best!!!

I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for LTM. I was EXTREMELY underwhelmed by the representative from well known Culligan for an RO system. After expressing my frustration to a family friend - they recommended your company. I loved that the name was family based - so I encouraged my husband to have you out for a comparison quote. We were SO impressed with Kathy. She was kind, humorous, very informative, not the least bit pushy or negative (or insulting as our previous experience with Culligan). Our delight continued when we were sent Nick for installation. He was polite, efficient, incredibly knowledgeable - he worked well into the night to ensure our RO system was meticulously installed. What a wonderful company asset you have in him! Our system is not only provides a peace of mind, it looks beautiful - from the faucet to the actual filtration system! Our ice no longer has an off smell or dusting of white powder. No more radium in our water (Cherry Valley public water issue) We love our RO water system, and feel like part of the LTM family.

I purchased a new home and found out the current softener was dead. I called LTM and they came out quickly to inspect my current system and discuss my options for a replacement. The sales person was very knowledgeable and walked me through the the different models, features and pricing. There was never any pressure to buy and they left some pamphlets behind for my wife and I to look over and decide. I called the following day to finance the purchase through a partner of LTM. The entire process was very easy and completed quickly. The installer was very informative and walked me through the entire process before starting. The installation was completed quickly and he hauled away the old unit. The work space was left just as clean as it was when he got there. I highly recommend LTM to all my friends and family.
