My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the purchasing process of our new Cayenne from Napelton Autowerks Rockford. Nolan was patient, knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the ordering process. As we progressed through the process, Nolan followed up with a confirming email. He also kept us posted on the delivery which was right on time. We live in Florida in the winter and he had the car delivered and the trade in picked up and the process was seamless. I have wanted a Macan for 6 or 7 years. I have talked to Troy at Porsche in Rockford several times. But this most recent time found me driving a Macan, working with Troy and buying my first Porsche.
