Butitta Brothers Automotive

I am writing this in regards to my recent experience with Jason Bolen at the 18th Ave. store. I have never done business with Butitta Brothers in the past and when I decided to have Jason and his team repair my 98 Ford F150, I was a little apprehensive. My concerns were quickly put to sleep. I found Jason to be completely transparent and very willing to discuss and or explain repairs he deemed necessary. When I stopped by the shop during the course of his work, Jason was very willing to show me the work completed and clearly state what was left to be done. Jason was always respectful and was able and willing to engage in an intelligent discussion regarding the work being done to my truck. I found his approach refreshing and it instilled my trust in his oversight of the work done to my vehicle. For me to drive away with my truck after almost $3000.00 in repairs and feel it was money well spent for a quality job says a lot. Thank you

Would like to report a super experience with the entire crew at Butitta Brothers, we are a single driver family, and Jason on his own time picked our vehicle up drove it with no A.C the 25 miles from our home to the shop, my climate control( A.C.) is fully covered for 2 yrs or 24,000 mi....and is...fantastic!!!..We had new tires, brakes,shocks,... and the entire A.C system redone...my old Bravada is like new. The Mechanic "Bill".was great...explained everything we had questions about. We have had repairs done here for years when we lived in Rockford, and recommend Butitta on 18th St for any auto repair need. And when I had a hard time finding where to write a review..Tracy in the business office took the phone and showed me how...how nice is that...Thanks to all of you...nice work, Beth and Matt Czyzewski
