I have now been seeing Kelly for close to 10 years and if there's anyone I owe my life to other than myself, it's her. She really listens to what you're saying and I have never once felt judged. She is kind and understanding and has been crucial to my growth over the years. She has a very broad knowledge base and I have never encountered an issue she wasn't equipped to handle. Through adolescence and adulthood, Kelly has always been able to work through life's challenges with me and give me the tools I needed to get through them. She is the reason I am such an advocate for therapy, and if you were looking for a sign that you should start, this is it!
