Among other professional services, Stewart & Associates, Inc., and Stewart Security, provides professional private security officer services to numerous clients in Illinois and Wisconsin. Some of our business relationships have lasted more than 35 years, which is how long we have been in business. During my tenure managing Stewart Security, we have not lost a single client or site for failing to perform the duties expected by our clients.We have been able to maintain such long-lasting business relationships by providing excellent services regardless of many issues that may arise when personnel face personal challenges, or who make personal choices that can negatively impact other employees, our clients, or our company. We have employees who have worked as security officers for more than 20 years, and who have chosen to continue working with us because of the way we work with them through the many challenges that people face every day.Being able to maintain and provide professional services requires a cooperative effort from the clients, the employees, and the management team. Unfortunately, some disgruntled former employees choose to publicly make false and exaggerated claims in an attempt to discredit our company, and our personnel, including our excellent security officers who provide professional security officer services 24/7/365. The security officers who regularly work challenging schedules, and sometimes challenging sites, and who are willing to adapt and improve to provide excellent customer service, are the very reason we have been so successful.Unfortunately, we also encounter employees who do not meet our standards and expectations, or the standards and expectations of our clients.
