Team was friendly, knowledgeable, and guest oriented. Only thing stopping 5 star was issues with multiple customer checkouts slowing down entire process.

My partner and I went to the Rockford, Il store with hopes of finding the right shoe as my partner does 12 hours shifts on her feet that are always hurting. Alexa helped us and she was incredibly knowledgeable and took a lot of time with us helping us understand things we never knew. Moving forward we will always be back to see Alexa to help us. She is a true asset to Fleet feet and highly recommend her for anyone who wants to have the BEST customer service experience!!
