My wife, on crutches with no ease of access to the building, was ridiculed and turned away after arriving 2 minutes late. She inquired about the late policy and was answered with asking her to lower her voice and that there were obviously more problems than that facility can provide testing for when it came to her 12 year old. The most traumatic aspect of visiting this mental health assessment facility for help was needing a mental health assessment after visiting the staff of the facility due to their rude and abrupt nature.

Dr.montes is just plain weird. He likes to cross boundaries and he had a therapist work for him that looked like the wolf man except with white hair named Jeffrey Martin.

Office staff are rude and very difficult to deal with.
