Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. They have been very informative and helpful. They have been repairing our ancient copier and taking the best care of it, and have always been just a phone call away. Now we have our new copier from them that is exactly what we need, no less, no more. They listened to what we needed, and did a great job of creating an affordable option to fit! From the start of the process of researching the best product for our office to the end, we are extremely happy with the service we received from GFC. Our purchaser was given multiple options that fit what we were looking for. We were thoroughly trained on the copy machines in person and were able to ask questions. Customer support is very friendly and has set us up on auto monitoring of toner and monthly copy numbers which makes it hassle free. GFC has gained our business from here on out.

Unprofessional; difficult to get in touch with. Does not return calls, and plays games with your copier lease to milk more money from expiring deals. The worst of the worst, and we will be glad to be rid of them for good.
