        I have been doing pilates with Terri for 5 months for 1 hour per week. I cannot say enough good things. My strength, flexibility and pain levels have improved with every session. I touched my toes for the 1st time in my life after just 10 sessions after many attempts from medical providers. 10 sessions and you will see too.

        They offer a class called cardio drumming. It is the most fun you can have while getting a good workout.

        They need my business to make them some signs, I get lost every time I come and I heard another lady complaining that even online and at the location shouldn't be that difficult.

        I do 'warm' yoga with Nicole or Tammie here on Sundays. Absolutely love the space and the instructors. It's been a great addition to my weekend routine.
