Nobody checking out ever knows what they are doing. They always have to ask multiple people for help and its still always wrong. I had an exam, asked for a box of contacts for each eye and get a cheap pair of glasses. I was told my contacts were not in stock and I would have to pickup my glasses. Two weeks have gone past, I just got my glasses and I was told that contacts were never ordered. Apparently my entire insurance was used only for the cheep glasses. No options were ever discussed regarding insurance and I was told multiple times that I was getting 2 boxes of contacts and my glasses, but that because of my prescription it had to be ordered. I now have used up insurance, expired trials, no contacts and one if the cheapest frames they offer, that I never intended to wear outside of the house. I never in a million years would have picked the cheap glasses over boxes of contacts that cost over $50 a piece. Customer for years for my whole family and this is the last time.
