Dr. parrot skate Mia prescription for some glasses he gave me the wrong prescription Ive been calling up to the Walmart on Riverside Road in Rockford Illinois and Ive been speaking with the manager this lady told me today that if I did not like the services I can find another doctor I know that but the doctor parrot has made a mistake on my prescription and she told me do not call up there anymore told me that she doesnt wanna hear anything I have to say and she did not care how I felt then told me to shut up and hung up the phone so yeah

The staff that I spoke to wasnt approachable. She appears to be not in the mood to help people coming in. Bad customer service.

Didnt have any issues went in went out everyone was very nice however needs more staff to answer phones while the nurses are helping in house
