Hi Ebony. According to our booking system the last and only time you scheduled an appointment with LUXÉ was April 15th, 2021. At that time you were blocked from booking future appointments by the previous owner. We are under new management as of November 2022. Our booking system will not allow us to schedule future appointments with people who have been blocked. In our system it shows that you called to schedule a same day appointment at 7:54am April 15th, 2021 for 4:45pm April 15th, 2021 for an acrylic fill with no chip. Because you failed to show without calling in advance to cancel, it resulted in you getting blocked from scheduling any future appointments. I wish we could have worked something out but since you used very foul language with our receptionist, unfortunately you will continue to be on our blocked list. I hope you have better luck at another nail salon.
