    I have been purchasing equipment and consulting services from Electra Health for the past 10 years and have always been satisfied with the products and the reasonable pricing. Most of all the customer service is stellar, they don't want to just sell you something, they are willing to help and answer questions as needed. Completely trustworthy too. As a Building Biologist, I conduct EMF assessments often and I recommend this company to my clients when they need to buy products to make their home safer.

    I bought 2 DNA filters from ElectraHealth almost 4 months ago for a total of $1900. The filters did not make a difference in lowering the dirty electricity from my solar system per my DE meter and my body voltage meter so I asked for a refund. I was told my return request was approved and given instructions on how to return them (which I did). They have not refunded my money and did not respond to phone calls and emails. I did get one response after I sent the filters back and was told they don't refund the money on these filters until after they have sold the filters to someone else. Yet, this supposed policy is no where on their website, not on the product page, and I wasn't given this information at the time of purchase. I would not have purchased these filters if I had known they would not refund my money. They assured me they had a buyer but that was over a month ago and I have not heard from them since. They just took my $1900, took the products back and won't return my money. I'm just sick about this and the stress of having my money taken is making my existing health issues worse. Just be careful with this company. There were several dishonest statements made along the way and now this. It's unbelievable to me because they seemed nice when I was a prospective buyer. Update March 2024 after reading the reply from ElectraHealth. I was able to get my money back by filing a refund request with Paypal. I was required to send Paypal copies of emails and sections of the ElectraHealth website which shows there is no mention that they would only refund money on that particular item after they have found another buyer for the product. Paypal came through for me and refunded my money. I don't know how long I would have had to wait for ElectraHealth to find another buyer.....2 months, 6 months, a year, never? I would suspect that for most of the items ElectraHealth sells, they don't have this same issue of having to special order the product from the manufacturer (who apparently does not offer a return to ElectraHealth). It's a very odd way to do business and nothing I have ever seen before - sell a product and then only give a return refund if they can find someone else to buy the product from them. If they are going to operate this way with regard to this particular product, they need to be upfront about it in the beginning. That way, I can decide if I want to risk buying the product and then waiting an indefinite amount of time for a refund in the event that I need to return it. They either need to tell customers upfront about the lag in giving a refund until someone else buys or they need to be prepared to eat the cost themselves until they can sell it to someone else. It's concerning that they were not honest with me at any point in this transaction and are continuing to misrepresent the situation.

The customer was fully refunded around the time of the review, and not because of the review, either. We apologize if the refund was not within the timeframe she desired or expected. There was an issue with the policy on that particular item which was a made-for-order item. We took the responsibility of that issue with the policy and provided a 100% refund for the customer.
