Came to icryo last Tuesday and Matt walked me around showed me the place and what they offer and got me to sign up for a day pass and i scheduled it for the following Friday.. also I had Lorena walking me around the place and making sure I was comfortable and answered all my questionsI walk out to my truck and they shoveled me a path to my truck i saw it and came back in and asked who did it and thanked her and introduced myself to Panida.. I do that for my girlfriend never thought that would happen to me in my life time.

I started taking the Lipo-B injections last week and will now start taking the Lipo-C injections. In a week, I have lost 4.5 pounds BUT that is combined with a calorie deficit diet, too. It's not a magic injection, you have to put the work in. I do notice an increase in energy and focus so that's a plus. The place is nice and clean. Shoutout to the RN, Nicolle! She's amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, answered all my questions, didn't rush me and I can tell she truly cares for her clients.

We are so fortunate to have these services available in Rockford. I was interested in Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, and compression therapy for athletic performance. After doing these services 5 days a week for the past 3 months I have noticed a big difference in my recovery after workouts and I can push harder the next day. The added benefits of better mood, decreased anxiety, and the anti-aging of the red light is an added bonus.

I love Icryo Rockford. The staff is amazingly friendly and most of them even know my name! Thats not something most places do anymore. I have tried just about everything they have to offer and I have to say I havent been disappointed once. The red light bed, dry float bed, and sauna are my weekly favorites. I have also enjoyed facials too.
