        Couldn't even get in. Was transferred 8 times in an attempt to schedule a new appointment. Incompetent call center staff, insane hold times and overlapping, unleveled messages on "how important your call is"

        The staff is amazing here! You get in to be seen in a decent time frame. Dr. Kaufmann is by the far the best doctor I've seen. I was losing my baby and he went above and beyond what a doctor needs to do. He said I could see my child at anytime. He always kept his word! Always! I had a lot of ultrasounds, not bc I needed them but bc I wanted hear my child's heartbeat and see her before she goes. He was my angel in disguise! I will be forever grateful for his compassion, honesty, integrity and most of all the love he shows all of his patients.
