        For many years, Northwest Territory Historic Center (NTHC) had struggled to find a company that would meet our complex HVAC needs. Our system is vast, complicated and unfortunately very dated. GEOSTAR Mechanical never made us feel like we were less of a priority than other large and newer companies. Their employees are knowledgeable, professional, and timely. Geostar mechanical now exclusively services and maintains us full-time year-round and we could not be any better off for it. Services: Installation, Portable A/C services, Water heater repair

        They charge up front, take your money for the service, he says he will guarantee the service and don't get it done. Start adding problems on something else just to get your money.

      I'm sorry that you were not happy with the service that you received. It was stated up front that you have 20+ year old equipment that we have never worked on before and we had to fix the one problem to see if there are other problems with the equipment. After making the repair to the refrigeration leak and charging the unit it was found that there were larger issues with your equipment then just having a small leak. Nothing was ever guaranteed and I apologize if you felt it was.
