Had a great experience with this company. I was driving behind their truck and happen to have a broken garage door. I called and they scheduled me very quickly once this Rockford location opened. The people I talked to were very friendly and the estimates were consistent throughout the process. I was home alone when four guys came out and as a younger female I was nervous at first but they were friendly and professional the whole time. The guys were only in the garage or driveway even though it was cold outside. This company was my "second opinion" which matched the former diagnosis but this company had the better price. Very pleased and I will definitely use them again. Hope the same guys come out too, they made me laugh!
