I reached out to Olson for assistance with the arrangements for my Aunt. She did the pre-planning many years ago when she was living in Rockford. Scott Olson and his team were so very helpful to me as I worked through the process from Chicago. They were patient with my concerns and questions and so very kind. Our family has always used Olson's for help when we have lost a family member. My. parents knew the elder Olson's back in the day and felt comfortable coming here. The help and the care shown to us here recently with the passing of my mother was top-notch. We were very happy with everything that Olson's did to help us through a difficult time. We couldn't have asked for anything better for my mother's service.
