The biscuits were burnt and the fries were dry. It's sad just because you order from their website you don't receive the same. Doordash was great with the delivery. Popeyes chicken sucked. No more delivery from State Street

made an online order with this location-first mistake, and proceeded to play telephone with 2 door dashers who claim that my food was taken without notice, nor did anyone behind the counter bother to verify who was taking what. On the the plus side, i did receive my refund back and an email from their corporate, so they do realize how bad This Rockford location actually is... and just like the other honest reviews have stated, love the food but in no way will i support this inept effort from the Rockford Popeyes off of State street They do indeed respond quickly with taking care of people, but you can only do so much for a restaurant thats a dropped chicken away from getting shut down. Do not come to this Popeyes in Rockford, unless they hire in better staff and especially management. If this continues, i'd advise making a report with the Better Business Bureau so popeyes understands how bad this location is. 0 stars

I will never eat at Popeyes again. The service is awful. You stay in line to order food for over 1 hour at both locations i asked for 2 pics dark meat and got 2 thighs and the mashed potatoes and gravy was waterery.
