I contacted the agency in regards to helping a couple individuals that were seeking full time employment due to them working with several other agencies that provided temporary employment. The agency was very helpful, two of the individuals are now working full time and really enjoy there jobs. Thank you for serving the Rockford community and its citizens!

Over 10 months now still no response from Hughes Resources this is updated weekly until they do what they say and respond back to me! Called them to ask about this review and they lied saying they have contacted me about numerous jobs. They have only contacted me about the two jobs I've posted here. Rose was the one who lied to me about it, Vanessa and Mariah will not respond to emails. Save time go somewhere else. Not great do not recommend. I was applied for a job that they were HOPING would train for the position, didn't get the job didn't have the sofware training but Hughes Resources knew I didn't have it. Hughes Resources was hiring so I applied. I was told they are not willing to train for the position either. So they will hope whatever job they apply you for will train. So you would think Hughes Resources themselves would follow through and train you for a the job within there own company. Instead when you ask them about why they hope a job will train you and why they wouldn't train someone for a postion with them all email communication stops. I still have all my emails with them just waiting for a response still. Because I have left a review now Hughes Resources wants to communicate again after stopping our prior communications.
