Used this place many times with a few issues over the years that made me wonder if I should find a different place. Now it's 20 minutes past open time And I'm sitting in the parking lot. Absolutely unprofessional and I'll be finding another dry cleaners Service: Alterations

Not happy. Drive to this store only to find a sign taped to the door that hours have changed. I check websites. The website says the business is open this morning. Wasted trip. I then go to the corporate website to offer some feedback and they haven't even updated their website to show any Illinois stores. Uff-dah. Going to find another dry cleaning service.

The manager at this location is very unprofessional. I dropped off a dress on Friday to get five stitches. The rep in store called the manager and asked would she be able to make the repair, The manager advised that she would have it done in a Hr and would call
Me when ready. I went ahead and prepaid since she asked me to and I also highly expressed to the store rep that I needed it completed by Tuesday at 4pm the latest. The store rep which is really nice by the way , stated that manager would be able to do it and will have it done by that date and time. On Tuesday @1:30pm I call the store, and the rep advises me that the dress is not done and they would need until the next day to complete it. I advise that is not feasible and I would come pick the dress up and would like a refund. The rep proceeds to explain that my dress is not available for pickup at that moment and I would have to wait an hour for the manager to drop it off. I did receive my UN-repaired dress and a refund, but would of be nice if the manager wouldnt have committed to something she didnt have the time for and I could took my dress elsewhere to get repairedthis review is solely based on the inconvenienceI HIGHLY SUGGEST save your time go elsewhere Service: Alterations
