I am a first time patient and
wanted a regular cleaning. I
called ahead of time to notify
them that I only wanted a
regular cleaning not a deep
cleaning. When I went in to
my appointment the dental
hygienist told me they could
only do a deep cleaning
instead of a regular cleaning.
They wanted to charge me
over $2,000 for a deep
cleaning. I did not want to
have a deep cleaning in the
first place, just a regular
cleaning. I ended up leaving
with just x-rays which
costed me over $100. I will
not be returning to this
location again.

Wasnt to happy on my visit with the dental hygienist. And was upset that previous appointment was given one quote on a procedure and the next visit quote was much higher. Was able to speak with office manager to complain about my visit that day. She listen and understood my concerns and explained the reason for the change in quotes. Overall the other staff very pleasant and Im happy with my dentist that I do see. Overall I was just disappointed in my cleaning that day.
