Sachs has been my dentist for around 10 years. I don't always understand why she does what she does, but I just found out, after 60 years, I can eat an apple without setting my teeth on edge.

I had a dental emergency and having recently arrived in Rockford I had no local dentist yet. I looked into dental offices that took my insurance and found Dr. Sachs' practice. I called the emergency line on one of the days the office was closed and Dr. Sachs picked up! Despite being a patient she had never even seen before she was willing to help me and she called in the necessary medications immediately. She saw me as soon as she was able and helped me immensely, and referred me to the proper specialists for the further treatment I needed. I've had plenty of bad dental experiences in the past at other practices, but you are in good hands with Dr. Sachs and her staff.

Ive requested an appointment online 3 times within 2 weeks of each other and I still havent received any sort of responseI live next door and thought it was extremely convenient and they dont accept walk-ins, (which is why I tried requesting an appointment) Im looking elsewhere at this point

I have been a patient of Dr. Sachs office for 15 years..Just went there for my 6 month checkup.. Beverly did a fantastic thorough cleaning.... I'm always greeted by a friendly staff.. My teeth feel fantastic !
