Don't work here..Everything is disorganized and communication is garbage through the staff. They expect the most from you, without telling you what to even do. Forced to work thru breaks on 1st shift, since it's not fully Staffed. If they don't get what they expected out of you on day 1..without even trying to talk to you, they will let you go. So unless you wanna be curious on when your last day of work could be..I recommend just not working there.

Slowly diminishing company that has lost many key players and is vulnerable to losing a few others. I used to love working at this small company of 10+ employees. But as it continues to lose key players im starting to question whether this is a private equity move or is just losing top players like myself going from press operator to supervisor to lead production manager to out the door after 10 years of dedication not to mention the 15+ years of dedication from the previous production manager...and well out the door along with the 5-8 years of dedication from many office personnel to out the door (in general). ALL DUE TO "COMPANY MANAGEMENT" people don't leave jobs they leave bosses, and in this companies case there is a serious issue with leadership and lack of proper actions in need of being taken. BUT if you want a stepping stone to the printing industry coming out of rockford illinois, then you will get the basics but not the full picture...at least not anymore as all of us highly experienced production staff have been disbanded and have moved on. So go there for a start to the next stepping stone you may need or just easy employment as the owner+co-owner at heart are great people but in my opinion on a buisness lvl the president/owner has lost himself and the rest of the plant is no longer in any proper/ drama free/ nor positive encouragement standing. Yes I was terminated but iv moved on to the largest label manufacturer in the with no direct attacks on this tiny company within any geographical scope nor their key products. Just from my opinion, based on experience, with the benefit of absolute doubt. I'd give them a shot if you so choose and would rate this corporation at a 9.2 in the beginning but now looking like a 3.8.
