I love this store but the last few days I have been to this store and the manager does not want to accept coupons and speaks for the whole store that people watch a lot of TikTok that we all now want to get everything for free. and she doesn't allow two transactions because according to her it's only a purchase on account I went to buy things for my mom and myself and I had to pay for my mom's separately and she wouldn't let me she's very rude I had to leave the products for myself mom who can't go out and go to another store because she won't let me buy there anymore. I think it has to be more friendly or that the owner put people who are more qualified and kind with the people who are going to buy their products.

Staff is very helpful and friendly at this location. I feel comfortable shopping here. It's very organized and clean.

This particular store was shut down for renovations in July. They reopened and haven't had any deliveries from corporate since. About 3 weeks. This store is important to the neighborhood--------- the powers to be in Janesville wisc. Need to get it together before the only thing left in this store is the empty shelves. So sad for the staff .
