With just $150 a month association fee, you will be covered for building insurance, all lawn care, hot water, and garbage removal, its a luxury living without having to pay a huge price. It will be the cleanest complex you will ever see. My family members own a condo in this complex and have been living here since 2016 and they love it. People would pay a fortune to buy a home with this many features in any other city. This complex is the best kept secret in the city.
