    My initial review of this place was 5 stars That was 3 years or so ago. I had issues with my business pc that they previously worked on. When I emailed them, Kyle responded and was courteous and told me I would have to bring the pc in for troubleshooting. I did some investigating of the pc on my own and found out I had a driver issue. I emailed again, not once, but 2 more times with ZERO reply. Very disappointing. I then went to a competitor and my issue was fixed within a few hours. Sorry PC tech 2U, you have lost me as a customer. All you would of had to do is email me back.

    Buyer beware! I was looking for a new mid-cost laptop to handle my small business video downloading/editing. They suggested and sold me an ACER Aspire 5 laptop with Windows 11, but an outdated Intel iRisxe graphics card for $600. I noticed the white keys have little contrast to the keyboard itself so theyre tough to see. Then, Windows 11 blocks downloading Google based software. Then it wouldnt charge anymore because the small single pin charger somehow broke the charging port. It cost me another $118 to fix it. The clerk admitted these are all common problems with this laptop, but PCTech2U only backs its products for 30 days and the warranty expires in one year. I tried to shop local, but now I have to sell this laptop and go back to Best Buy. PCTech2U offered me nothing but an inferior laptop that didnt meet my needs.

We are very sorry for this. Not sure what happened but we will investigate on our end and hopefully no one else will be missed, but I would recommend calling if you don't get a reply because sometimes we do miss things in email. I would love to say we get 100% of everything but we are human. And I think a one star review for missing an email once or twice seems a bit mean as this is our lively hood and its not like we want to lose a customer. I hope you reconsider using us in the future. Again sorry that we missed your email.

I apologize that you were unsatisfied with the service you were provided. However, it had been a year and a half since you had purchased the laptop and we have a clearly posted 30 day return policy. Charging ports on laptops are unfortunately one of the easiest parts to break, and for this reason they are not covered under manufactuer warranty. You were also given an opportunity to use the laptop in the store before purchasing it so you could see if things like the keyboards readability, and layout were to your liking. While we do regret that your experience was less than stellar we always do our best to provide support for computers purchased from us whenever reasonable, but there will always be issues outside of our control that can arise. In such cases we do our best to work with the customer to find an amicable solution, in your case we cut over $100 from the bill for the resoldering of the port that had broken. You wouldn't expect a box store to cover something that gets broken over a year and a half later at no charge, so its unfortunate that you'd speak poorly of our business when we even went out of our way to have it soldered on Easter so you could have your device promptly.
