Changed a tire for me drove off a mile or two away and tire came off , came back and was told wasnt there fault Ill be moving toward taking legal action Thanks for the poor customer service

Poor service had a simple tire problem up the street told me they couldnt do anything unless I drove it there and thenwould be able to fix got it towed there literally down the street got there the boss told me he couldnt do it because was busy after he just told me to get it towed there inconsiderate very wrong Ill never go back and I hope no one else does. YOU told me to get it towed the time donest matter at all dont you know it takes time to get a tow truck to you? You told me to get a towed and you could help if it was THERE it got there and u couldnt.. your not talking to your kids when you say thats now how it works it does work like that if you do business the way you SAY you did i was told by you to bring it back TOWED so learn how to treat your customers instead instead wasting there time learn business and customer support things dont work like that because of your lack of customer support! Learn how to treat your customers like real people
