My office customer support line received several hostile and abusive calls from this law office demanding that we give out employee information that we are not authorized to give out.

Rather than going through appropriate legal channels to obtain this information, he decided to call random employees and harass and threaten them. This is the equivalent of yelling at the cash register operator at Burger King when you have a grievance with the head office.

Some of you may admire that tenacity, but if I was utilizing this man's services, I would be incredibly angry that he is wasting his billable time harassing random people, instead of working professionally to obtain swift and amicable results.
