Terrible customer service! Had my paperwork for almost 2 months and still hadnt worked on my taxes. Only responded once to my multiple emails. Never responded to my phone calls. Kept saying he would do my taxes as soon as possible, but didnt. Then I had to show up to get my tax file to have someone else do my taxes and magically he can do them that afternoon if I would like. I declined, and he never came out to apologize for his terrible communication.

After having my taxes done with Chad for the first time I also asked for a retirement analysis so I know whether I can afford to retire or not gave him the information he came up with a plan we sat down and talked about it even at the busiest time of the tax season. Things worked out great I'm looking forward to doing my taxes again with him next year very polite and professional and intelligent. After a few years of taxes being done wrong and not getting calls back, I think it's time to move on.
