        Wouldnt order a new ebike for me after they did last year causing them to lose my business and I ended up buying a new one from Amazon because the used e-bikes they have are junk

        Well I pretty upset because every since Ive had my account Ive been paying extra for some insurance waiver that I never wanted ad which have stated several times when I go to pay online its always there thats why I dont pay waiting for it to be removed and I will tell them that when they text me for the payment all they say is we will help you the only help I need is not to have that waiver on my account and be compensated for the extra Ive paid every time very very disappointing you can call me 2 or 3 times but cant take off this extra waiver thats crazy seriously

        Had the pleasure of speaking with one of the employees over the phone. Extremely argumentative. Impatient. Quite rude to say the least. Ive spent at least $1400 on merchandise from your store and to be treated in such a manner is very frustrating.
