Called Miller Insurance Group the morning after the tornado (4/9/15) hit Rochelle. I called at 7:45am and I was going to leave a message. Dan Miller answered the phone! Insurance adjuster called me back at 8:30 am and was here at noon! I have never had to deal with anything like this before. All I can say is I had the best service, the best adjuster and dealt with the friendliest people ever!! Lori has called me several times just to make sure all is well and everything is coming along! I didn't even need to look up my info - Dan knew who I was and took care of everything! Thank you to all!!

What do I like most about working as an agent at Miller Insurance Group? The client response. Clients comment all the time on the "feel" of the office. You get the help you need without the high-pressure hassle. We are encouraged to be Client-Oriented instead of Sales-Oriented.
