Took the body shop almost a year to get my suv in to repair damage. Not because parts was on backorder but because no one told me my parts was in. I called and checked a few different times but no one seemed to know anything and never called me back. Once I was notified parts was there I took my vehicle in to find out not all the parts had been ordered so they ordered the parts and as soon as all the parts was there took suv back in to be fixed. Then get a call there was other damage so they had to order more parts no biggie that is to be expected. I get my car back and less than 2 weeks later the motor is blown. Call body shop they come get car and tell me it needs a new motor and what happened was it had damage to radiator which they had replaced but it was leaking inside the motor not outside so no way of them knowing. But the insurance refused to pay because it took them so long to do the repairs at no fault to me! So now I'm without a vehicle... this is not the first time I have had vehicles fixed but came back with more damage than when they went in the shop! I do not recommend them to anyone!!!
