I felt calm and welcomed from the second I walked in. Thank you, Nina, for the insanely relaxing facial. I had the 60-minute experience and was left pampered and glowing from head to toe. Steamers, hot towels, feet, shoulders, and head massages, and, of course, the after-facial glowing skin. I can't wait to come back.

I registered online and said this was my first time getting a spray tan. Face only. Bad sign #1: I arrived 5 minutes early and had to wait 15 minutes, so 10 minutes late on their side. Bad sign #2: I signed up to get a spray tan with Nina, but it was Marika who did it, and I recognized her as the old nail tech from where I get my hair done. Nails=spray tan? Not sure how that works. Bad sign #3: She didn't know I was only getting my face. Bad sign #4. She asked if I wanted it darker, but she didn't tell me it would get darker the longer I had it on. I washed it off when I got home, it was so dark. The only instruction was not to wash it until tomorrow if I wanted it dark. I feel like, since this was my first time, there should've been some questions and some direction. What a waste of money.
