Our home sale and buying experience with the Gagliardo Group was excellent. Andy is a great resource for home valuations and the eventual sales negotiation. Nicole helped us identify a number of potential properties and eventually the one we bought. She communicates well and was always prompt for our walk-throughs. The whole process was seamless and we highly recommend them for selling a current property and/or buying a new one.

My wife and I were looking for a house to call home. Andy and his team got right to the heart of what we were looking for, what we couldn't live without, and put together searches and lists to identify only those properties that fit our needs. Andy was then quick to act on houses we wanted to tour, and provided great insight and information into each property, its history, the neighborhood, and things we could expect to encounter in the first few years while living there. Eventually we located a house that was perfect for us and Andy and his team of professionals acted quickly to get our offer together, submitted, and then helped walk us through the closing process. The home is great, and we hope to never leave, but I give Andy's name to all my friends and family who are considering buying or selling. I don't think you could find someone with a more professional yet personable approach.
