Zak is the best! He showed us exactly the types of condos and locations that appeal to us. He led us through the offer process, introduced us to lenders and contractors, and made the whole process fast and easy. We went from our first tour to closing in 23 days.

We recently purchased a terrific 3 bedroom condo with the assistance of Zak .Our experience with Zak was awesome.Zak is extremely knowledgeable and shared his expertise in a very calm and professional manner. Zak was very punctual in all of our scheduled meetings and consistently answered our calls and texts very quickly.When viewing properties he allowed us plenty of time and space to assess the unit, answered our questions and made calls to get answers to questions that he did not know the answers to.At no time did we feel pressured to make any offers on any properties. My husband and I were recommended to work with Zak and I am so grateful that we did. Zak was responsive, timely and super helpful throughout all of our questions. This was the first house that we have purchased and Zak walked us through every aspect of the process, which was super helpful. This is such an overwhelming process and Zak was helpful in not only the logistical process, but the emotional side of the buying process. He showed us many many houses, until we found the right one. Zak has followed up with us since the purchase went through to ensure that we moved in to the house and feel at home in the space.
