        Ive only made an appointment but its not looking good at all. Theres other information that I need to know before my appointment. but these people refuse to answer the phone or return a message. I cant believe that they dont even have an answering service with a live person; real basic stuff. Its all a bad omen before my first visit. Its on them if I leave a message in their voicemail (which they never respond to) canceling my upcoming appointment. Theyll just have that empty appointment time slot and no patient or insurance money. The forward facing/front office of an any kind of business can really do major harm to the business.

        Garbage customer service. Please hire more reps to answer our phone calls for appointments. The ones you have there do not want to answer our phones, and once they do answer it, they are very rude.
