All these guys do is whine & complain about being yelled at by customers for not communicating with you after they've taken your money. 32 days after receiving a $1945 deposit 50% we called them! They were suppose to call us a week after receiving the deposit but they did not. Instead when they finally called us, all we heard were excuses about vacations and summer heat. This from a landscaping outfit. That wouldn't have been so bad if they'd gotten our design request right but they didn't! They then blamed us for their mistake which was nonsensical to begin with. When I pointed out multiple items they didn't perform they said they were only doing the work they were contracted for and suggested "the fastest way" to remedy the problems, (half of which involved me & my wife performing) instead of the best way. I told them what we wanted they made excuses and cut the corners anyway! When the two owners returned (unannounced) to see the finished work they told me they "squeezed us in" because they had "another guy yelling at us too" and that one of them had to go on vacation. I told them my wife needed to be present but they said they had another appointment 30 minutes later, even though they didn't set one with us, I just happened to be home. These guys don't care about your landscaping at all I'm really sorry we used them! Below are pics of what they left us with, this is surrounding our swim/spa. When asked about it they replied we didn't mention it in the estimate!
