The customer service here is poor. Rarely offered assistance on the sales floor. At the register, the girls are cold and impersonal and often don't even greet you. When picking up an online order, they usually don't ask for ID or will refuse to release your order, even first giving full name and email. Only saving grace for this location is the variety and online promos. Otherwise, shop at Amazon (cheaper) and GO TO the NEW SEPHORA ACROSS THE STREET where they treat their customers very well.

Went in here on Friday 4/7/2023 and had the worst experience of my life finding foundation that matched me the only good experience was the greeting I got from the security guard the staff was understaffed to get someone to help me meanwhile they had two registers opened for a two person line. I am sure they didnt want to work the worst person there was Danielle she has a face of disgust and laziness when I asked her for help. In my years of customer service Ive never seen such a horrible customer service.

My last experience in this store wasnt a pleasant one. I arrived maybe 25 minutes before closing. I was shopping for Fenty foundation. Ive used it in the past. I just forgot which shade Ive used in the summer. I proceeded to go to the register to ask if someone could assist me really quick with getting a Fenty tester because I understood that they were closing shortly. The person said they dont give testers for Fenty. I asked if someone could match me. It was between 2 shades so it shouldnt take long. I was told that staffing was short. I asked if is it okay if you match me because everyone else is busy. I was told no because they were busy putting them back. The problem is I asked the associate if they were a manager. She said yes. I asked her name. She said Veronica or Victoria. And walked away. I felt it was extremely rude. I proceeded to grab the 2 shades that possibly matched and took them to the register to ring out. As I stood in line I heard a young lady ask an associate for assistance. Someone went to help. While ringing out, I asked the cashier for her opinion my foundation choice and she let me know which one she felt matched best. She also let me know I could return it if there was an issue. As I was walking out the I noticed that the same girl who had asked for help while I was standing in line was still be assisted. The associate that was helping her was patiently assisting her with her choices. I would love to know why I didnt receive the same treatment.
