My experience here was absolutely top notch. I had been calling around to get tire quotes at other chain stores but I was frustrated because I couldn't talk to the store and was routed to their call center. When I called here, one of the owners answered the phone and was so incredibly nice. I didn't know how to find my tire size and she was so kind to me and walked me through it so patiently. She told me my options in a way that was easy to understand. I've bought tires only a handful of times in my life and it can be intimidating -- she made this the easiest, most painless process. In person, she was just as nice and this was a fantastic experience. This will be my go to from now on!

I took my wife's Fiat in to mount 2 tires. I watched while the owner jammed the tire pry tool dead center to the sensor on the rim. On the way home, the tire pressure light came on. I bought a new sensor from the dealer and went back to ask if he would install the new sensor at no charge considering what I witnessed when he installed the tire. He said NO! He also said the sensor was old and had a dead battery. I paid Walker tire to change the sensor only to find that the sensor had been broken off and was NOT inside the tire. I am considering legal action against this company.

Got a flat tire in rantoul. I saw these guys on the map and headed straight over. They fixed my tire same day. No problems. Lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
