Tyler responded to our call on very short notice and walked us through the details of installing a water filtration system. I initially requested a much more expensive system due to my own lack of knowledge, however Tyler quickly assessed our situation and recommended a less expensive system which more than takes care of our needs. He was professional, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. Our experience with Ecowater was second to none - highly recommend their services.

I was very pleased with their service and I would recommend them. Friendly, good communication, good prices. I moved into a house that had one of their systems installed already, so I asked if I could get someone out to look at it and get it running again. My method of communication was initially e-mail to which Tyler responded in a very timely manner, and on the day of service I spoke with Craig on the phone and he said he was able to stop by earlier than scheduled if that worked for me, which it did. Craig was friendly and went straight to work. Throughout the process he had told me some need to know info and answered any questions I had. He replaced some seals and got it on and running and advised me to bring some hot and cold water samples to them next week to make sure everything is good. The cost of service and seals were very affordable, and I did not have to pay on the spot, he gave me an envelope to mail the payment.
