        Dropped off my item to be engraved and was told to send an email of what I wanted done. Told it would be a week to a week and a half. A week passed and didn't hear anything so I called and they hadn't even received my email or notified me. So I resent it and was told I'd have a proof ready soon. Called 3 days later because I still hadn't received anything. So she said it would be that afternoon or the next morning. So here it is 2 days after I called and still nothing so I went to the shop and explained I wasnt happy with their business and just to give me my item back. So the lady goes back and grabs it and says "here you go". No apology or let me get the boss for you.. Just here you go.. So I spoke with the owner who wanted to tell me he didn't know the situation and kept making excuses for his employee. Offered to do the job for half the price and apologized. I really don't understand how hard it is to communicate and do what you tell a customer what you're going to do. Won't be using this place.

        Awsome. They were super nice and extremely helpful. Took something old of mine and made it new. Highly recommend for any engraving, decal,trophy, wrap. Almost nothing is out of the realm of what they can do. Shop local, support your local small businesses
