I honestly can't believe how bad my experience with Dr Ben was. "Why should we treat you" was one of the 1st questions he asked upon entering the room. I am in severe pain do to needing a root canal so I was at a loss for words. Basically I drove 40 mins to get 4 X-rays of my tooth done, and sit in a chair for 10 mins to be just told I couldn't be helped. He even refused to listen to me when I asked about just pulling the tooth to stop the pain. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the rest of the staff was very pleasant and nice. Also the main dentist is out on maternity leave so I hope she does better then her replacement. They may be better off just all taking a vacation until she gets back.
