        Here is my 5 star review of Cornerstone and Dr Moon. One of our children had an accident that caused quite a bit of trauma and severly damaged teeth. Dr Moon responded to our frantic call late at night and walked us through steps we could do to help our child. He even offered to come to our house. This shows just how much Dr Moon cares about his patients, especially in a very difficult time. We ended up meeting him early the next morning in the office. Not only did he help with a professional plan, he referred us to a pediatric dentist that specialized with the issue we were facing. We were able to get in within a few hours to fix the issue for our child. Cornerstone treated us with such care, and even knew how to talk and help calm a 4 year old who was scared and in pain. A sincere thank you to Dr Moon and the staff of Cornerstone, the Garmer family appreciates you guys!

        Left me in pain with no place to go. I have been here for many procedures and my insurance has paid them thousands. Apparently my debit card didnt go through on a $105 payment and I didnt know. The second I received something in the mail I called and paid the money. Now Im having issues and I called them to get an appointment. They are saying I have to pay the $600+ bill it would be to be seen up front, and then they would have my insurance send me the payment back. This is unacceptable and an awful way to treat a customer. This review used to be 5 stars and is now 1 star because of how I am being treated. No other dentists in the area will see anyone unless they are a prior patient. So now I have no dentist to go to and Im left in pain because of $105 bill that a) I didnt know about and b) has been paid for and was paid for the second I became aware of it. This is very awful.

        Dr. Moon and his team are excellent. Would highly recommend. He is very conscientious, funny and really seems to enjoy his job. His hygiene team is amazing and they all seem to care about the patients a lot.

      Our office sends statements of patient portion due monthly. After non payment of a patient portion due for 3 consecutive months patients are sent a "Letter of Delinquency." We make every effort to help people with reasonable expectations. Payment is always due the day of service, but we - as a courtesy that many offices don't do anymore - will submit to insurance and try to help people the best we can. As stated in your review it appears we've been able to help you with quite a bit. It is never our intent to treat anyone unfairly, but in that respect it would be unfair for us to "require" payment in a timely manner from most patients but make exceptions for others, and then reschedule without concern a person with a history of non-payment as described above where I explained our policy. Your review mischaracterizes events leading to your described dissatisfaction. As a team we work hard to try to help people but we can not meet unrealistic expectations.
