Only giving 1 star because I have to. We purchased a stereo attempted to install decided we wanted a professional to do it. Went to Prime Time. We asked would it be better to use touchscreen stereo we have or purchase a new one from you. He told us he could make ours work. Called told us our modular doesnt work but he has one that will work. Went to pick up was told it doesnt need a modular at all. Stereo continually faded, went in and asked for suggestions and for it to be fixed. He refused to look or help. He said whoever tried installing prior broke it, well if that was the case than why did you take our money and install it when we clearly said we wanted to do what you thought was best. We wanted the job done right even if it meant buying, spending more on a new stereo. Since receiving zero help we went to a certified dealer and found out many parts were missing behind the stereo that PrimeTime apparently left out. Thankfully the new place did a great job, they were happy to have our business and told us if we have any problems to just come by. Ive had no problems only a few questions on operating it, he comes right out and shows me. MY Opinion Prime Time Audio are scammers and buyers beware.
