        Moving out of state has made me realize how wonderful the staff and especially Mike Smith and Amy Goehl have always made any thing we need run smoothly and easily. I am going to miss Homebank immensely.

        I ended up switching to Illinois National Bank. They are on the Money pass. I travel from time to time. And Homebank won't participate on the money pass network or update there ATM's there ATM's are old fashion and they scratch debit cards.

      Matthew, we are saddened that our ATMs are the reason you left HOMEBANK. Within the last 5 years, we have installed new ATMs in 6 of our locations (all with the newer deposit-taking feature), and a brand new ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) at our Palmyra branch that allows you to speak with a live teller. ATMs at other branches will be upgraded in the future, but we cannot do everything at once. Our statistics show that customers are trending toward more digital services (versus using cash), so we opted to expand those services versus investing in the Money Pass service. We hope that when you travel less, you will return to a locally owned bank and specifically to HOMEBANK. Our best wishes to you.
