        i 100% recommend using this shop. deanne, the manager, was absolutely amazing during my experience with the bump shop. they communicated with me throughout the entire process, calling me regularly to keep me updated, and let me come look at my car to explain what they were doing with it. on top of all that, they helped me get a rental car so i would be able to make it to my chemo treatments and to be with family when it turned out my car repairs would take longer than expected. when my car repairs were finished, my car looked like new. ill be going back with any car repair needs going forward.
